Agency accessibility loserboard
This page lets you compare the amount of accessibility issues in NZ Govt agencies. Data is from NZ Govt's official figures, as part of the CWAC monitoring programme.
Accessibility issues are caused when a website breaks the technical accessibility rules (WCAG) that assistive technologies and disabled people rely on. For example, a missing image description, an unlabelled form field, a button a screen reader can't identify. Accessibility issues may make it difficult or impossible for disabled people to use a website. Accessibility tests are by axe-core.
Note: This is based on automated test data, which covers around 20% of all accessibility issues. Manual testing is required to ensure accessibility for disabled people.
